About the role
This is a contract-to-hire reporting role in a customer experience organization, focused on designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and KPI reports for contact center operations. The position suits data analysts with 3+ years of hands-on Power BI and SQL experience who work effectively with business stakeholders and operate comfortably in remote, fast-paced environments.
What you’ll do
- Partner with business stakeholders and contact center leadership to gather reporting requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
- Create meaningful data visualizations that drive business decisions.
- Build and maintain KPI reporting for customer experience and operational performance.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from large datasets.
- Investigate data discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support dashboard enhancements and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests.
- Train end users and stakeholders on dashboard functionality and reporting capabilities.
- Document reporting requirements, processes, and reporting standards.
- Coordinate with IT and data teams to identify and validate data sources.

- Proven expertise building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.

- Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Contact center, customer service, operations, or customer experience reporting background.
- Knowledge of contact center metrics and KPIs (Service Level, AHT, CSAT, FCR, Occupancy, Abandonment Rate).
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience coordinating reporting projects or initiatives.
- Knowledge of SharePoint or enterprise content management systems.
