What you’ll do
- Gather, clean and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Design, develop and maintain MIS and reports presenting KPIs and operational metrics.
- Identify manual processes and develop automated solutions using SQL, SAS, Python or PySpark.
- Analyze workflows to recommend process improvements.
- Build interactive dashboards using Tableau, Python or Power BI.
- Lead exploration and integration of AI, ML and GenAI solutions including LLMs and NLP.
- Present findings and recommendations to departments and management.
- Maintain reporting systems and automation tools, troubleshooting issues.
- Document data requirements, processing and analysis techniques.
- Contribute to data quality and governance efforts.

- 5+ years of experience in reporting, automation or GenAI with tools like SQL, SAS, Python or Tableau.
- Ability to develop scripts for automating routine tasks.
- Track record developing reports, performing data analysis and implementing automation.
- Strong understanding of the reporting and automation data ecosystem.
- Experience developing and deploying AI/ML models or GenAI-powered applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and prompt engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM; master's degree preferred.

- Experience with banking operations such as expense analytics or fraud analytics.
