About the role
This is a remote US-based analyst role building client-facing reporting and dashboards for life sciences clients. It suits someone with a few years of BI or analytics experience who is comfortable owning dashboard builds end to end using Power BI. The work turns commercial, clinical and operational data into reports and insights for external clients.
What you’ll do
- Build, test and maintain dashboards and client-facing reporting solutions in Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
- Develop reusable reporting solutions that support multiple client engagements.
- Work with customer success, product and engineering teams to translate client needs into reporting.
- Define reporting requirements, KPIs and documentation for dashboards.
- Validate data and reconcile reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain data mappings across internal, external and client-specific sources.
- Deliver dashboard demos, training and documentation to clients and internal teams.
What they’re looking for
- At least 3 years in reporting, BI or data analysis (5+ preferred).
- Experience building dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel and SQL.
- Experience translating business requirements into reporting solutions.
- Strong communication and client-service skills.
- Authorization to work full-time in the US without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Tableau or Looker experience.
- Experience with life sciences, pharmaceutical or healthcare data.
- Experience with CRM data such as Veeva or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or AI-assisted analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, IT, business or a related field.
