This is a senior analyst role at Citi in Gurugram, India, on the Reporting Insights and GenAI Team supporting Legal Analytics. What you’ll do
- Gather, clean and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights
- Design, develop and maintain MIS and reports presenting KPIs and operational metrics
- Identify manual tasks and build automated solutions using SQL, SAS, Python, PySpark and Tableau
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau, Python or Power BI
- Lead exploration and integration of AI, ML and GenAI solutions including LLMs and NLP
- Present findings and recommendations to departments and management
- Maintain accuracy and reliability of reporting systems and automation tools
- Document data requirements, processing and exploratory analysis
- Contribute to data governance and quality efforts
What they’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Reporting & Automation or Reporting Insights and GenAI, with proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau or MicroStrategy
- Ability to develop scripts for automating routine tasks, e.g. Python scripting for file processing and API integrations
- Demonstrable experience developing and deploying AI/ML models or GenAI-powered applications in a business or financial context
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and familiarity with prompt engineering for LLMs
- A bachelor's degree in STEM, master's preferred
Nice to have
- Experience with banking operations such as expense analytics, cash flow management or fraud analytics
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security
