This is a principal-level Power BI developer role at an analytics and AI consulting firm, bridging business requirements and technical delivery of BI solutions. It suits an experienced BI leader who can gather requirements, lead dashboard delivery and manage analysts across multiple Indian office locations. You'll translate business needs into technical specs, oversee Power BI development and guide a team of analysts and developers.
What you’ll do
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions
- Design, develop and oversee Power BI dashboards and reports
- Coordinate with Power BI specialists and review deliverables for quality
- Track project milestones and provide progress updates
- Lead and guide analysts and developers, ensuring best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI solutions with business goals
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting standards and dashboard performance
