What you’ll do
- Partner with client stakeholders to elicit, analyze and document business and system requirements
- Translate business objectives into detailed functional and non-functional specifications
- Act as a bridge between business and engineering on requirements and trade-offs
- Facilitate discovery sessions, technical workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Create artifacts including user stories, process flows, data mappings and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA and product teams on solution design
- Contribute to backlog refinement and scope management
- Support testing efforts including UAT and stakeholder walkthroughs
What they’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in technology delivery
- Strong technical foundation, ideally with prior developer experience
- Proven ability to translate business processes into structured technical requirements
- Hands-on experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Strong experience writing user stories and functional/system documentation
- Familiarity with system design concepts, APIs, integrations and data flows
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps
