This is a senior technical business analyst role combined with Scrum Master duties, delivering trading and collateral management initiatives on-site in Toronto, Ontario. It suits someone who bridges business stakeholders and technology teams, with deep experience in the trading lifecycle, collateral management and data product review. The role is a subcontractor engagement staffed through Luxoft.
What you’ll do
- Engage with trading desks, risk, treasury, operations and collateral teams to capture business needs
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, process flows and user stories with acceptance criteria
- Partner with the product owner to refine and prioritize the backlog
- Evaluate and improve collateral management and intraday collateral movement workflows
- Perform data analysis to validate requirements and ensure data integrity
- Review and assess data products, reports and pipelines for accuracy and usability
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Track progress, remove blockers and drive continuous improvement
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
