- 3 years writing SQL to turn raw data into actionable intelligence
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform tools such as BigQuery and Looker
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Salesforce, and network systems such as Netcracker, Axiros, or Alepo
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
