What you’ll do
- Work with clients and technical teams to identify business problems and analytical solutions
- Plan and design business processes and system modifications
- Gather business requirements through work sessions and interviews and document them
- Create test case scenarios and oversee testing of business applications
- Develop business requirements documents and user stories
- May plan and monitor the work of other business analysts
- Support QA, UAT and release phases through defect analysis and change maintenance

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst
- A degree in Business, IT or a relevant field
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of business analysis concepts and Agile approaches to prioritizing work
- Business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation and requirements gathering
- Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Health insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III
- Technical writing skills
