What you’ll do
- Translate business workflows into functional specifications, user stories and technical requirements for data engineers.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for business and executive leadership.
- Execute data mapping, testing and validation across Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server and MongoDB.
- Drive data semantic modeling to support upcoming AI and LLM initiatives.
- Analyze trade lifecycles and resolve data discrepancies across SMF, IBOR and ABOR systems.
- Collaborate directly with portfolio managers, traders and operations.
What they’re looking for
- 7-10+ years of business analysis experience in capital markets, asset management or pension plans.
- Deep understanding of trade lifecycle, data flows (SMF, IBOR, ABOR) and asset classes.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on Power BI reporting.
- Direct exposure to order/investment management systems such as Aladdin, SimCorp or CRIMS.
- A hands-on, adaptive mindset suited to a flat, fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, MS SQL Server and MongoDB.
- Experience with market data feeds such as Bloomberg or Refinitiv.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery.
