About the role
This is a remote, worldwide senior business analyst role supporting a direct-to-consumer digital pharmacy platform for a pharmaceutical client, delivered through New Era Technology. It suits a senior BA with deep documentation skills and direct-to-consumer digital pharmacy experience who can define business, process and data requirements. The engagement is expected to run through January 2028, with potential to extend.
What you’ll do
- Lead discovery and analysis activities supporting platform expansion.
- Elicit, analyze, validate and document business, functional and data requirements.
- Document business rationale, assumptions, dependencies and risks for proposed changes.
- Define the data to be gathered including source, ownership and quality expectations.
- Create current- and future-state process models, data models and use cases.
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain requirements traceability and support backlog refinement and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Product Owners and Agile teams to sequence work and clarify requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis or a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including senior-level responsibility for complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in the direct-to-consumer digital pharmacy industry.
- Proven experience producing high-quality business, process and data documentation.
- Experience working across business, digital product, technology, data and delivery teams.
- Experience with Jira required.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Agile Product Owner experience.
- Advanced data and process modeling experience.
- Technical writing experience.
