What you’ll do
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop client partnerships through AI innovation
- Act as subject matter expert on AI, software, cloud, and data technologies to identify client challenges
- Lead discovery and pre-sales engagements crafting proposals, RFP responses, and pitches
- Develop proofs-of-concept and reference architectures that showcase Nearform's capabilities
- Translate client objectives into actionable solution roadmaps alongside experts across disciplines
- Support early-stage project delivery to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to execution
- Create case studies and success stories that illustrate the impact of AI solutions
- Help expand the AI practice by driving innovation and sharing best practices across teams
What they’re looking for
- Twelve plus years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership ideally in consulting, pre-sales, or account development
- Hands-on experience with solution architecture, software architecture, cloud platforms, and AI native software engineering practices
- Ability to conduct workshops exploring use cases and aligning stakeholders on optimal solutions
- Working proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or JavaScript
- Strong understanding of AI, data pipelines, and cloud ecosystems including AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Demonstrated success engaging at executive VP or C-level within enterprise clients
- Track record of shaping and landing deals with sales teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
