What you’ll do
- Support development of enterprise, pillar and line-of-business strategies
- Drive development of longer-term strategic and business plans
- Coordinate and prepare content for Board of Directors and Committee meetings
- Develop insights on the vision care, healthcare and retail industries and technology trends
- Collaborate with business leaders to define strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure strategic progress
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, statistics or a related field
- Eight years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, corporate development or management consulting
- Working knowledge of the vision, healthcare or insurance industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High proficiency in PowerPoint
- Ability to demonstrate engagement in virtual environments for remote/hybrid roles
Nice to have
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority
- Experience partnering with executives and synthesizing complex information

- Salary range of $105,000-$165,375 per year
