What you’ll do

- Identify solution issue trends and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks
- Support strategic relationships with stakeholders by defining solution scope and coaching teams

- 2 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a Solutions Consultant-related occupation
- Experience analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into strategic action plans
- Experience navigating complex internal environments and building cross-functional partnerships
- Experience anticipating and recommending technical solutions to defined problems
- Experience assessing complex technical issues and translating customer pain points into business solutions
- Experience solving complex technical customer issues and escalations
