About the role
This is an on-site Senior Manager role in Bellevue, Washington, for an executive communications professional with at least eight years of experience. You'll advise CoreWeave's COO, shape internal messaging for operations, and help a large workforce understand strategy, change, and execution priorities.
What you’ll do
- Advise the COO on audience, timing, tone, and communication channels.
- Develop the COO's organizational narrative and message framework.
- Prepare leadership communications for all-hands meetings and employee events.
- Support external communications, speaking engagements, briefings, and logistics.
- Write and edit updates, talking points, Q&As, leadership messages, and video scripts.
- Lead communications for organizational change and major initiatives.
- Improve employee understanding and engagement across the COO's organization.
- Measure communication effectiveness and identify gaps.
- Create planning and review processes for internal communications.

- At least eight years of executive, internal, or strategic communications experience.
- Significant experience supporting C-suite executives in complex organizations.
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and executive-advisory skills.
- Ability to simplify technical or operational complexity for broad audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management, judgment, discretion, and executive presence.
- Experience working across functions and managing multiple high-impact workstreams.
- Fluency with AI tools.

- Experience in AI, cloud, enterprise technology, or another technical industry.
- Experience with data centers, energy, manufacturing, industrial technology, logistics, or telecommunications.
