About the role
This is a senior operations accounting leadership role for data center infrastructure programs in Dallas, Texas. You'll own financial governance for large construction programs, including capital expenditure accounting, construction in progress, fixed assets, depreciation, controls, and reporting. The role suits an experienced accounting leader who can work across Construction, Procurement, Finance, auditors, and senior stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Lead operations accounting for multi-site data center construction programs.
- Manage construction-in-progress accounting, fixed asset governance, capital expenditure accounting, and cash flow reporting.
- Design and operate SOX-compliant close, capitalization, depreciation, impairment, valuation, and disposal processes.
- Reconcile fixed asset subledgers, CIP schedules, and the general ledger.
- Track construction and procurement costs, asset readiness, budgets, and capitalization.
- Produce forecasts, spend reports, in-service tracking, and variance analysis.
- Document and test controls and provide evidence for internal and external audits.
- Give leadership visibility into spending, risks, schedules, and asset readiness.

- At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and external reporting.
- Experience with capital projects, fixed assets, construction accounting, and financial governance.
- Ability to partner across functions and influence senior stakeholders.
- CPA or public accounting background.
