About the role
This is a senior engineering management role in Sunnyvale, California leading CoreWeave’s Identity and Integrations Products team on site. You’ll manage people and technical direction for security-sensitive services connecting enterprise identity providers, key-management systems, directories, and third-party security platforms. The role combines hiring and team development with architecture, reliability, incident management, customer integration, and cross-functional leadership.
What you’ll do
- Lead, hire, mentor, and develop the Identity and Integrations Products team.
- Set technical direction, roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans.
- Own availability, latency, incident response, capacity planning, and operational improvement.
- Establish secure development, architecture review, and operational-readiness practices.
- Coordinate with security, infrastructure, networking, platform, product, and customer teams.
- Guide technical discovery and rollout planning for customer integrations.
- Communicate technical decisions, risks, tradeoffs, and progress to stakeholders.

What’s on offer

- Base salary of $207,000 to $275,000 per year.
