About the role
This is a senior fixed-asset accounting management role in Dallas, TX overseeing CoreWeave's global data-center inventory and fixed-asset operations. You'll lead close and reporting work, maintain SOX controls, support audits, improve processes, and develop the accounting team.
What you’ll do
- Manage the Fixed Asset Accounting team and its reporting activities.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close work.
- Review lease models, reconciliations, journal entries, and fixed-asset analyses.
- Coordinate with Tax, Financial Reporting, Technical Accounting, Internal Audit, and external auditors.
- Own SOX controls for assigned accounts and processes.
- Identify control changes and implement process improvements.
- Shorten the close cycle through streamlined accounting operations.
- Support changes arising from new accounting standards and regulations.
- Train, coach, review, and set goals for direct reports.
- Balance team workloads and maintain relationships with business leaders.

- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or an equivalent field.
- A professional qualification such as ACA, CPA, CMA, or CA.
- Comfort working with large datasets and simplifying complex information.
- Strong analytical judgment, organization, adaptability, and communication.
- Preferred experience with NetSuite.
