What you’ll do
- Prepare quarterly and annual 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K filings.
- Draft financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A sections.
- Tie supporting schedules to financial statements and disclosures.
- Account for equity compensation and prepare ASC 718 calculations and rollforwards.
- Maintain GAAP disclosure checklists.
- Research complex accounting matters under US GAAP and SEC guidance.
- Support earnings releases, audits, quarterly reviews, and management analysis.
- Help maintain SOX 404 and related financial-reporting controls.
