About the role
This is a full-time Senior Accountant - Leases role in Dallas, Texas for an accountant with at least five years of progressive experience. You’ll own lease and Network Service Agreement accounting, including embedded-lease analysis, close activities, reconciliations, disclosures, and process controls. The role sits within CoreWeave’s corporate accounting organization and works closely with Legal, Finance, FP&A, Procurement, and business teams.
What you’ll do
- Identify, document, and analyze embedded leases in Network Service Agreements and other contracts under ASC 842.
- Prepare lease-related journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis during month-end close.
- Maintain schedules and analytics for lease-related profit and loss accounts.
- Review new and amended contracts with cross-functional partners.
- Support quarterly and annual lease disclosures.
- Improve lease accounting processes, documentation, controls, and reporting.
- Contribute to technical accounting research, system implementations, and special projects.

- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- At least five years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 842 lease accounting.
- Experience identifying embedded leases in complex service or network agreements.
- Experience with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, schedules, and P&L analytics.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
Nice to have
- CPA or CPA-candidate status.
- Experience with lease accounting software or subledgers such as CoStar Real Estate Manager.
- Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
- Big Four or large regional public accounting experience.
- Experience in a high-growth technology, cloud, or infrastructure company.
- Familiarity with telecommunications or network service agreements.

- Base salary of $98,000 to $130,000 per year.
