This is a senior accounts-payable role in Dallas for an accountant with at least five years of direct-spend AP experience. You will support CoreWeave's end-to-end procure-to-pay operation, handling daily AP activity while helping standardize processes for a growing global business. The role emphasizes invoice processing, controls, reconciliations, close support, and collaboration across Finance, Procurement, and vendors.
What you’ll do
- Run day-to-day accounts-payable operations for direct spend.
- Support the full procure-to-pay process in a shared-services environment.
- Process high-volume invoices, three-way matches, payment batches, and banking tasks.
- Assist with month-end close through accruals and reconciliations.
- Use ERP and Excel data to support reporting and analysis.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, and vendors on AP operations.
- Improve process standardization and scalability.

- At least five years of progressive accounts-payable experience focused on direct spend.
- End-to-end procure-to-pay experience in a shared-services, GBS, or corporate accounting setting.
- Knowledge of internal controls, audit support, and SOX-compliant AP operations.
- Experience with three-way matching, high-volume invoice processing, and payment runs.
- Month-end close experience, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Hands-on ERP experience such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
- Advanced Excel skills.

- Experience with PO matching, exception queues, and goods-receipt validation.
- Experience with AP automation or workflow tools.
- Experience with Coupa or NetSuite optimization.
- Vendor statement reconciliation and billing-gap analysis.

- Base salary of $98,000–$130,000 per year.
