About the role
This is an operations-accounting management role in Dallas supporting capitalization, capital-expenditure reporting, power accruals and controls for data-center infrastructure. You'll build scalable accounting processes and partner with engineering, procurement, supply chain, FP&A and other finance teams as CoreWeave expands its AI cloud operations.
What you’ll do
- Manage labor-capitalization processes for internal software development and data-center fit-out.
- Prepare capital-expenditure reporting and analysis for senior leaders.
- Manage power-accrual and related data-reporting processes.
- Improve accounting processes for scale and automation.
- Work with operational stakeholders to identify and resolve emerging issues.
- Support accounting, reporting and control processes for infrastructure assets.

- At least six years of accounting and financial-reporting experience.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or an equivalent field.
- A professional qualification such as ACA, CPA, CMA or CA.
- Comfort working with large data sets.
- Strong process discipline, analytical judgment, organization and adaptability.
- Clear written, verbal and cross-functional communication.

- NetSuite experience.
- Experience improving accounting automation and scalable processes.
