What you’ll do
- Maintain accurate records of hardware and IT assets across the data-center region.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of IT materials.
- Audit inventory for accuracy and completeness.
- Work with operations to allocate hardware and materials efficiently.
- Record shipments, audits, and inventory activity and report to management.
- Use inventory-management software and related tools.
- Communicate with operations, IT, procurement, and finance teams.
- Investigate discrepancies and implement measures to prevent recurring inventory issues.
- Travel as needed to support inventory work and audits at other data-center locations.
