This is an onsite inventory-control role in Denton, Texas, supporting the accuracy and movement of hardware and materials in a warehouse operation. It suits detail-oriented logistics professionals who can investigate inventory exceptions, audit stock, and coordinate with operations, IT, procurement, and finance. You will manage receiving issues, inventory adjustments, system discrepancies, and return merchandise processes.
What you’ll do
- Support the inbound quarantine area and resolve purchase-order, transfer-order, and vendor-information issues.
- Review cycle-count recommendations and determine whether NetSuite adjustments are needed.
- Perform scheduled inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Investigate differences between the warehouse management system and NetSuite.
- Identify the causes of record discrepancies and prevent repeat issues.
- Manage the return merchandise authorisation process with internal teams.
- Package returns securely and coordinate carrier collection.
- Process replacements or credits when returned items are received.
- Communicate with operations, IT, procurement, and finance teams.
