What you’ll do
- Handle senior-level hardware escalations and lead root-cause investigations.
- Operate, maintain, and improve server hardware infrastructure.
- Build and maintain services for hardware and firmware management.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and decommissioning.
- Help define hardware requirements, specifications, and system architecture.
- Document hardware designs, test procedures, specifications, and results.
- Analyse system performance and identify resilience or efficiency improvements.
- Establish processes for hardware testing, deployment, and optimisation.
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate and deploy hardware solutions.
