About the role

This is a director-level operations-accounting role for a supply-chain and inventory accounting leader, based in Dallas, Texas. You'll build the accounting framework for CoreWeave's global GPU and data-center supply chain, covering inventory, capital assets, controls, close processes and systems transformation. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational work in a rapidly scaling infrastructure business.

What you’ll do

  • Lead supply-chain, inventory and cost-accounting operations across the global data-center network.
  • Oversee GRIR, absorption costing, inventory valuation and logistics close activities.
  • Own internal controls for procure-to-pay capital assets and inventory processes.
  • Lead accounting design for supply-chain ERP modules and integrations.
  • Support the move from NetSuite to a Tier-1 platform such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Design and document SOX-compliant controls and support audit readiness.
  • Provide technical accounting assessments for supply-chain matters.
  • Set operational metrics and improve close, reporting and control processes.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, FP&A, Technical Accounting and IT.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global team.

What they’re looking for

  • 10 or more years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership in supply-chain, inventory or cost accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems, GRIR, standard cost, absorption and US GAAP.
  • Experience designing and operating SOX controls and supporting clean audits.
  • Experience with inventory valuation, obsolescence, overhead allocation and freight-cost reconciliation.
  • Hands-on ERP implementation or upgrade experience involving NetSuite, SAP or Oracle.
  • Experience integrating accounting, warehouse, transportation, procurement and planning systems.
  • Experience improving supply-chain close, GRIR aging and asset-lifecycle accounting.
  • Experience in infrastructure, data-center, hardware-intensive or capital-intensive global operations.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and deliver decision support.

Nice to have

  • CPA or public-accounting experience.
  • Experience with external reporting requirements in fast-growth environments.
  • A player-coach approach that combines transactional involvement with team scaling.
