About the role
This is an on-site Director of Operations Accounting Enablement role focused on fixed assets and inventory in Dallas, Texas. You’ll lead the accounting functions, controls, systems and processes that support CoreWeave’s growing infrastructure and hardware operations. The role suits a senior accounting leader with at least 10 years of progressive experience in fixed assets or inventory accounting, systems enablement and cross-functional controls.
What you’ll do
- Set the strategy for fixed-asset and inventory accounting operations.
- Lead the accounting team and scale its processes as the business grows.
- Design and operate SOX-compliant controls over fixed assets and inventory.
- Establish capital-expenditure approval, tracking and reconciliation frameworks.
- Lead ERP implementations or major upgrades affecting assets, inventory and capital projects.
- Connect accounting systems with operational and asset-management platforms.
- Transform asset-lifecycle and inventory-accounting processes.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, IT and external auditors.
- Improve close timelines, audit readiness and operational scalability.
What they’re looking for
- At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Deep experience with inventory accounting and inventory-management systems.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX and internal controls.
- Experience designing capital-expenditure approval and reconciliation processes.
- Experience leading ERP implementations or major upgrades such as NetSuite, SAP or Oracle.
- Experience documenting workflows, policies and system integrations.
- Experience supporting infrastructure, data-center or hardware-intensive operations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional transformation and influence senior stakeholders.
