What you’ll do
- Set the future direction of the Controllership organization with Finance and cross-functional leaders.
- Use corporate accounting expertise to design scalable accounting systems and processes.
- Build a team focused on automation and controllership process transformation.
- Identify process improvements and lead change-management efforts.
- Lead the preparation and review of business requirements for system transformation.
- Support control assessments for process and system changes.
- Establish and maintain master-data governance.
- Oversee automation, AI, ERP transformation, and acquired-company integration initiatives.
