About the role
This is a director-level field enablement role for a GTM leader with at least ten years of experience, based in the Livingston, New York, Philadelphia, or San Francisco Bay Area offices. You'll create the programs, mechanisms, and systems that help Sales, Customer Experience, and other go-to-market teams ramp faster and execute consistently. The position combines strategy, operational measurement, executive partnership, and leadership of an enablement team.
What you’ll do
- Own the field enablement strategy for go-to-market priorities.
- Build onboarding, certification, and continuous-learning programs.
- Partner with executive, sales, customer experience, marketing, product, and RevOps leaders.
- Identify capability gaps and address them through scalable programs.
- Create playbooks, sales motions, and field-ready content.
- Measure ramp time, attainment, win rates, and other enablement outcomes.
- Maintain strong documentation, accountability, and operational discipline.
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing enablement team.

- The base salary range is $165,000 to $242,000 per year.
- Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus and equity awards.
