About the role
This is a director-level commercial operations role for a deal desk leader with at least 15 years of experience, based in New York or San Francisco. You'll build and lead CoreWeave's global deal desk, structuring complex transactions and coordinating approvals, pricing, contracts, fulfillment, and revenue recognition. The role is designed for someone who can create a global operating model while supporting regional commercial requirements.
What you’ll do
- Establish the global deal desk practice and its operating model.
- Build, lead, and coach a worldwide team of deal architects and specialists.
- Create playbooks, systems, and standards for complex deals.
- Advise sales leadership on strategic pursuits.
- Structure pricing, terms, and economics across multiple deal types.
- Own advanced approvals and pricing quality.
- Coordinate quotes and orders from CPQ through booking.
- Establish contract governance and legal review workflows.
- Coordinate fulfillment and revenue recognition with partner teams.
- Balance sales velocity, margin quality, compliance, and regional requirements.

- Bring at least 15 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, commercial strategy, or revenue operations.
- Have experience structuring complex enterprise deals.
- Understand pricing strategy, contract structures, and revenue recognition.
- Know reserved-instance, committed-capacity, or consumption-based pricing models.
- Partner effectively with legal, accounting, finance, and senior sales leaders.
- Understand enterprise sales methods such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Challenger.
- Have experience with public-company controls, SOX, commercial risk, and governance.
- Have built or scaled commercial or deal desk teams across regions.
- Bring cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or SaaS experience.

- Have experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing.

- The base salary range is $165,000 to $242,000 per year.
- Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus and equity awards.
