About the role
This is a Director of Business Recruiting role for CoreWeave's commercial and corporate functions, based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco, California, or Bellevue, Washington. You'll set recruiting strategy across Revenue, GTM and G&A, lead a large recruiting organization and advise senior business leaders on hiring at scale. What you’ll do
- Own hiring strategy across Business Operations, GTM and G&A functions.
- Forecast hiring needs with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Legal, People Ops, Finance and Procurement leaders.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior, director and executive roles.
- Build a strong candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Advise business leaders on recruiting strategy and workforce plans.
- Report on hiring trends, pipeline health and recruiting performance.
- Use analytics to improve conversion, time to fill and quality of hire.
- Improve recruiting tools, workflows, scorecards and interview frameworks.
- Evaluate sourcing automation and other recruiting methods.
- Build, coach and scale a high-performing recruiting team.
- Create a metrics-driven culture focused on recruiting craft and learning.
- Advise hiring managers on scope, level, compensation and interview design.

- At least ten years of business-operations recruiting experience.
- At least five years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing recruiting organizations with 25 or more reports.
- Success hiring senior and executive talent across Revenue, GTM, Sales, Solutions Architecture, Marketing and G&A.
- Deep understanding of commercial and business-function organization structures.
- Mastery of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem and ATS platforms such as Greenhouse.
- Experience with recruiting analytics, pipeline forecasting and scaled hiring.
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
- Strong offer strategy, negotiation and closing skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and agentic workflows in recruiting.
- Ability to adopt new sourcing, research, analytics and outreach tools.

- Base salary of $182,000–$242,000 per year.
- Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus and equity awards.
