This is a full-time director-level commercial legal leadership role for CoreWeave’s Americas sales organization, based in Livingston, New York, Washington, D.C., or Philadelphia. What you’ll do
- Lead, coach, and develop the commercial lawyers supporting the Americas sales organization.
- Advise the VP of Americas and the leadership team on go-to-market and sales plans.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and close complex enterprise technology transactions.
- Support SaaS, IaaS, cloud, and professional-services agreements.
- Coordinate with Product, Security, Privacy, Finance, Operations, external counsel, and other legal specialists.
- Create playbooks, templates, policies, and processes that improve deal speed and consistency.
- Set expectations, provide feedback, and support team development.
- Contribute to cross-functional legal initiatives and knowledge sharing.
