What you’ll do
- Own the Americas customer-engagement and pipeline strategy.
- Set regional priorities across acquisition and customer expansion.
- Allocate a multimillion-dollar budget using ROI and attribution analysis.
- Partner with sales leaders on territory, account, and pipeline planning.
- Direct account-based marketing for priority enterprise and AI-native accounts.
- Set handoff standards and acceleration programs with sales and SDR teams.
- Select conferences, field programs, executive events, and partner activities.
- Track coverage, engagement, meetings, pipeline, conversion, and deal progression.
- Create testing frameworks for audiences, messages, channels, and offers.
- Build repeatable regional program briefs, selection processes, templates, and playbooks.
- Lead, coach, and hire regional marketing managers.
- Represent Americas performance in global marketing forums.

- Direct accountability for pipeline across field marketing, demand generation, or ABM.
- Experience partnering with executive sales leadership on go-to-market planning.
- Experience allocating marketing investment and headcount across territories and accounts.
- Strong understanding of complex enterprise buying groups and deal progression.
- Advanced experience with Salesforce, Tableau, ABM platforms, and business-intelligence tools.
- Willingness to travel across the region.

What’s on offer
- The base salary range is $182,000 to $242,000 per year.
- The position includes leadership of an existing regional marketing team.
