About the role

This is a demand-planning role for someone with 3–7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain or capacity planning, based in Livingston, New Jersey or New York, New York. You'll translate customer pipeline and market signals into forecasts for cloud compute, storage and network capacity. The role connects Sales, Solutions Architecture, Engineering, Finance, Product and data-center operations to reduce infrastructure bottlenecks.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain forecasts for cloud infrastructure demand.
  • Match capacity plans to sales projections and customer requirements.
  • Work with engineering and operations on compute, storage and network supply.
  • Convert customer demand signals into infrastructure requirements.
  • Assess enterprise projects and anticipate deployment capacity needs.
  • Identify supply gaps and recommend actions for priority deals.
  • Partner with Finance, Engineering and Data Center Operations on resource investment.
  • Report demand trends, capacity constraints and risks to leadership.
  • Measure forecast accuracy, utilization and demand variance.
  • Improve planning workflows and create dashboards from historical forecasts and actuals.
