About the role
This is a salaried, fully onsite Data Center Technician position at CoreWeave's Quincy, Washington facility. You will diagnose and repair hardware and network failures, install and maintain equipment, and help keep mission-critical data-center operations within service targets. The role includes rotating on-call coverage, travel of up to 10 percent, and work in data-center areas ranging from 60°F to 90°F.
What you’ll do
- Maintain reliable data-center operations.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and network faults.
- Analyze recurring hardware and software failures.
- Train internal teams and document operating procedures.
- Support data-center teams with technical troubleshooting.
- Create scripts for server and networking-hardware updates.
- Maintain inventory and install equipment.
- Maintain test and tool equipment.
- Travel to other data centers when required.
- Respond to failures or emergencies within 60 minutes while scheduled on call.

- Python, Bash, or another scripting language.
- Cisco IOS or Juniper JunOS experience.
- An associate degree or equivalent IT experience.
