What you’ll do

- Investigate the root causes of hardware and software failures.
- Train internal teams and create technical documentation.
- Provide support to data-center operations teams.
- Write scripts for server and network-hardware updates.
- Track inventory and install equipment.
- Maintain test equipment and tools.
- Travel up to 10% to other data-center locations when required.
- Respond to onsite equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes while on scheduled on-call duty.
