This is a full-time, fully on-site Data Center Technician role at CoreWeave's new facility in Ellendale, North Dakota. You will maintain hardware and network availability, diagnose failures, perform physical repairs and support data-center operations in a 24/7 environment. What you’ll do
- Maintain data-center availability and service reliability.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and network problems.
- Investigate the causes of hardware and software failures.
- Train internal teams and document operating procedures.
- Provide technical support to data-center staff.
- Write scripts for server and network-hardware updates.
- Track inventory and assemble or install equipment.
- Maintain test equipment and tools.
- Travel occasionally to other data centers.
- Participate in on-call and after-hours support.

- Three or more years of data-center experience, or hands-on or educational experience in relevant areas.
- Computer-hardware troubleshooting, assembly and repair skills.
- Linux operating-system experience.

- Python, Bash or another scripting language.

- An associate degree or equivalent IT experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at elevated locations with reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to prioritize issues and work in a continuously operating environment.
- Work authorization that meets the posting's export-control requirements.
