What you’ll do
- Support pre-construction budgets and cost models.
- Maintain financial controls and leadership reporting.
- Develop program-level cost forecasts across projects and regions.
- Prepare estimates and commercial risk assessments.
- Research construction-cost benchmarks, escalation trends, and regional market rates.
- Coordinate with internal cost-control teams and external consultants.
- Help identify cost drivers and improve infrastructure investment decisions.

- At least 5 years of experience in cost management, construction cost planning, and analysis.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with data center deployment, infrastructure implementation, or data center cost management.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Working knowledge of cost management and construction cost analysis.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to interpret technical data, track timelines, and support process improvement.
Nice to have
- Exposure to data center infrastructure and GPU-based technologies.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Maximo, Tableau, AutoCAD Construction Cloud, Procore, Sunbird, Asana, SiteTracker, or building analytics and AI platforms.

- Base salary ranges from $108,000 to $143,000 per year.
