About the role

This is an on-site Business Systems Manager role for Data Center Operations, open in Livingston, New Jersey; New York, New York; Sunnyvale, California; San Francisco, California; or Bellevue, Washington. What you’ll do

  • Lead business-systems initiatives from kickoff through production deployment.
  • Coordinate IT, Systems Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Security and Data/Analytics teams.
  • Define workflows and data models for work orders, incidents, assets, capacity, projects and cost controls.
  • Manage DCIM deployment, enhancements, vendor work and data quality.
  • Direct Jira or equivalent ITSM implementation and workflow improvements.
  • Partner on project-controls platforms for schedule, cost, changes and document management.
  • Lead CMMS selection, implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage software vendors and systems integrators.
  • Run communications, training, documentation, super-user and adoption programs.
  • Create status reports, implementation dashboards and operational-readiness metrics.
  • Maintain testing, deployment, training and transition documentation.

What they’re looking for

  • At least 7 years in business systems, IT business analysis, operations-systems management or technical program management.
  • At least 3 years supporting data centers, mission-critical facilities, manufacturing or comparable physical operations.
  • A bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on requirements and implementation experience with at least two of DCIM, CMMS, ITSM/Jira, project-controls or asset/capacity systems.
  • End-to-end implementation experience covering requirements, vendors, configuration, integration, testing, training and post-launch support.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance, change management, capacity planning, work orders and project stage-gates.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, integration patterns, data models and basic SQL.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional work without direct authority.
  • Strong written, verbal, training and executive-presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience consolidating legacy tools in hyper-growth or M&A environments.
  • Experience with hyperscale or AI/HPC data centers, including high-density or liquid-cooled deployments.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite or related enterprise platforms.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Looker and modern data warehouses.
