About the role
This is a commissioning and quality-management role for a data-center construction specialist covering MEP systems and critical infrastructure. You'll coordinate with project teams, contractors, clients and vendors to inspect installations, witness testing and keep projects moving across CoreWeave's portfolio. The role is remote-eligible, requires about 50% travel and is open to candidates near the listed U.S. regions.
What you’ll do
- Oversee installation and testing of generators, UPS systems, electrical distribution, cooling systems and related equipment.
- Review commissioning plans, quality records, meeting minutes and project documentation.
- Attend pre-construction, progress and pre-installation meetings.
- Inspect field installations and witness functional and commissioning tests.
- Coordinate with general contractors, trade partners, vendors, clients and internal teams.
- Report project progress, problems and solutions to leadership and clients.
- Travel to sites, client meetings and training as needed.
- Keep safety central to construction and commissioning activities.
What they’re looking for
- At least five years of MEP commissioning experience.
- Knowledge of data-center or critical-facility infrastructure.
- Understanding of BMS, EPMS and complex MEP building systems.
- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, IEEE and ASHRAE frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and commissioning software or digital platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and strict deadlines.
- Experience coordinating, commissioning or assuring the quality of electrical and low-voltage equipment.
- A valid driver's license and an insurable motor-vehicle record.
- Authorization to work in the United States at the time of employment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and respond to urgent communications outside normal hours.
