About the role
This is a commercial counsel position supporting CoreWeave's global supply-chain and capacity-operations teams from Livingston, New York, Sunnyvale, San Francisco, or Bellevue. You will negotiate infrastructure, hardware, procurement, and logistics agreements and advise the business on supply-chain risk, compliance, and international expansion. The role suits a U.S.-qualified lawyer with at least five years of complex commercial-transaction experience.
What you’ll do
- Draft and negotiate supplier agreements for GPUs, servers, networks, storage, data-center infrastructure, power equipment, and logistics.
- Support indirect procurement contracts across the company.
- Advise on continuity, supplier risk, performance, remedies, product quality, and service obligations.
- Coordinate with finance, tax, compliance, energy, and real-estate teams on transaction structure.
- Address responsible sourcing, ESG, regulatory, and compliance requirements in contract terms.
- Adapt supply and logistics documents for new jurisdictions.
- Manage specialist outside counsel and translate advice into operational guidance.
- Create templates, negotiation playbooks, fallback positions, and self-service resources.
- Train sourcing and logistics teams on common contracting scenarios.
What they’re looking for
- A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction or an international equivalent.
- At least five years of legal experience involving complex commercial transactions.
- Experience drafting and negotiating technology-infrastructure, hardware, or supply-chain agreements.
- Business judgment suited to a fast-growing, demanding environment.
- Ability to advise senior stakeholders pragmatically and work toward timely outcomes.
Nice to have
- In-house experience in cloud, data centers, semiconductors, hardware, or similar infrastructure businesses.
- Experience with global logistics, trade controls, sanctions, or hardware environmental compliance.
- Experience building procurement contracting playbooks, templates, and processes.
- Knowledge of international trade and hardware regulatory requirements.
What’s on offer
- The base salary range is $134,000 to $179,000 per year.
