About the role
This is a commercial technology counsel role supporting CoreWeave's Americas business from Livingston, New Jersey, New York, Washington, D.C. or Philadelphia. You'll negotiate enterprise cloud, SaaS, IaaS, licensing and data-processing agreements while advising sales and cross-functional teams on legal and commercial risk. What you’ll do
- Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial technology agreements.
- Support cloud services, SaaS, IaaS, software licensing, professional services, partnership and data-processing transactions.
- Partner with Global Field Organization teams during enterprise sales cycles.
- Advise stakeholders on legal, privacy and commercial risks.
- Manage several negotiations while balancing risk, business goals and speed.
- Provide practical guidance throughout customer transactions.
- Escalate novel or high-risk matters when appropriate.
- Improve contract templates, playbooks, policies and processes.
- Coordinate specialist matters with outside counsel.
What they’re looking for
- A JD degree.
- Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
- At least five years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
- Primary experience with commercial technology transactions.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations.
- Experience negotiating SaaS, IaaS, cloud, licensing and technology agreements.
- Experience with data-processing agreements and privacy issues.
- Ability to manage complex negotiations independently.
- Practical, business-oriented judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and build cross-functional relationships.

- Base salary of $134,000–$179,000 per year.
- Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus and equity awards.
