About the role
This is a full-time Corporate Development Associate role supporting equity capital markets and investor relations at CoreWeave. You’ll work from one of the company’s listed offices in Livingston, New York, Sunnyvale, or Bellevue, partnering with Finance, Legal, executives, banks, and investors. The role suits an investment-banking professional with at least two years of capital-markets experience who can manage detailed, concurrent workstreams.
What you’ll do
- Support public equity offerings, convertibles, PIPE transactions, and other capital-markets activity.
- Coordinate equity raises with internal teams, banks, counsel, auditors, and other advisers.
- Prepare investor messaging, materials, meetings, roadshows, and follow-up activity.
- Manage the corporate-access calendar.
- Support quarterly earnings preparation, including decks, scripts, questions, and answers.
- Develop investor presentations, earnings materials, and disclosures.
- Check external financial communications for accuracy and consistency.
- Track peer performance, market activity, and investor sentiment for leadership.

- Experience in ECM, leveraged finance, or a closely related area.
- Knowledge of equity markets, public-company processes, and investor behavior.
- Strong analytical, organizational, project-management, writing, and communication skills.

- Comfort working with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Ownership, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
