About the role
This is an on-site Chief of Staff role supporting the VP of Engineering, AI/ML in Sunnyvale, California or Bellevue, Washington. You’ll serve as an operating partner who coordinates executive priorities, business cadences, OKRs, decisions and cross-functional initiatives across a fast-growing AI cloud organization. The role suits a strategic operator with at least six years of experience in chief-of-staff, program, product-operations, engineering-operations or consulting work.
What you’ll do
- Build agendas for staff meetings, operating reviews, product and engineering forums and leadership offsites.
- Prioritize decisions, risks, tradeoffs and dependencies for executive forums.
- Run recurring planning, roadmap, review and retrospective cadences.
- Coordinate inputs, pre-reads and outputs across product and engineering teams.
- Own executive-level OKR reporting and follow up on at-risk initiatives.
- Record decisions and actions, assign ownership and track completion.
- Lead or support cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Analyze organizational and execution challenges and develop recommendations.
- Advise leaders on prioritization, organizational design and scaling.

- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business or a related field.
- Experience in chief-of-staff, program management, product operations, engineering operations, management consulting or equivalent work.
- Familiarity with product and engineering organizations, ideally in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms or high-growth technology.
- Experience managing executive agendas, operating cadences and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience tracking and driving OKRs or similar performance frameworks.
- Excellent organization, writing, communication and synthesis skills.
- Discretion and sound judgment with sensitive information.
- Comfort working through ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

- An MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms or high-growth technology companies.

- Base salary of USD 149,000 to USD 198,000 per year.
