About the role
This is a business development and strategic partnerships role for an experienced Physical AI specialist, open in New York, Sunnyvale or San Francisco. You'll build partnerships across robotics, autonomous systems, simulation, OEM and AI infrastructure ecosystems, connecting technical workloads with CoreWeave's cloud platform. The role requires technical fluency alongside partner strategy, co-selling and executive communication.
What you’ll do
- Own strategic partnerships with Physical AI platforms, robotics software vendors, simulation providers and OEMs.
- Coordinate with the NVIDIA Physical AI ecosystem across Isaac, Omniverse, Cosmos and DRIVE-related workloads.
- Create joint reference architectures and go-to-market materials for simulation, synthetic data, training and inference.
- Find and close compute opportunities across simulation, model training and edge deployment.
- Lead partner co-selling and participate in strategic sales cycles.
- Represent partner requirements to Product and Engineering teams.
- Set quarterly partner plans with goals, metrics and joint activities.
- Build field engagement between CoreWeave and partner sales teams.
- Represent the company at industry events and partner forums.
What they’re looking for
- Deep knowledge of robotics, autonomous systems, digital twins, simulation-to-real workflows or embodied AI.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, Cosmos, ROS2, OpenUSD and DRIVE.
- At least 5 years in partnerships, business development or solutions architecture.
- Experience owning technical partnerships in robotics, autonomy, simulation or AI infrastructure.
- Understanding of ROS2, MuJoCo, Gazebo, synthetic-data pipelines and Physical AI compute patterns.
- Experience leading partnerships with NVIDIA.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to engineering, business and executive audiences.
- A record of building partnerships and pipeline across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales.
Nice to have
- Experience with Boston Dynamics, Agility Robotics, Waymo, Aurora, Mobileye, Intrinsic or a comparable company.
- Hands-on experience shipping code, training models or architecting systems that interact with the physical world.
- Familiarity with simulation-scale GPU workloads, world-model training and low-latency robot inference.
- A current point of view on the Physical AI ecosystem.

- Base salary is USD 115,000–168,000 per year.
