About the role
This is an analyst position for someone with 2–3 years of investment banking, private equity or venture capital, or management consulting experience, based in Sunnyvale, California. You'll support financial modeling, forecasting, executive reporting and strategic projects for CoreWeave's corporate finance organization. The role works across FP&A, Accounting and senior leadership in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.
What you’ll do
- Maintain core financial models and cash-flow forecasts.
- Analyze strategic projects such as capital-markets and fundraising initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual planning materials for executives and the board.
- Track key performance indicators and explain progress toward strategic goals.
- Coordinate reporting and analysis with FP&A and Accounting.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

What’s on offer
- Base salary is USD 83,000–110,000 per year.
