This is a customer-facing Account Solutions Architect role for an AI practitioner with at least four years of relevant solutions engineering or field engineering experience. What you’ll do
- Act as the technical partner for prospective greenfield customers.
- Design demonstrations and lead proofs of concept from start to finish.
- Advise AI teams on infrastructure, models, orchestration, observability, and inference.
- Work with account executives, support, product, and engineering teams.
- Translate customer needs into internal product and roadmap feedback.
- Explain complex AI systems to engineering and executive audiences.
- Help customers train, fine-tune, evaluate, deploy, and scale their workloads.
What they’re looking for
- At least four years in solutions engineering, AI solutions consulting, or technical field engineering.
- Python proficiency.
- Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying deep-learning models, including modern LLMs.
- Experience building production LLM applications for customer use cases.
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform.
- Ability to solve novel technical problems with enterprise customers.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- AI cloud infrastructure knowledge covering GPUs, networking, and storage.
- PyTorch, vLLM, LangChain, or LlamaIndex experience.
- Slurm or Kubernetes for machine-learning orchestration.
- Hyperparameter optimization and experiment tracking.
- ML engineering, AI engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps experience.
- Technical pre-sales or solutions architecture for new accounts.
- High-performance GPU infrastructure such as NVIDIA H100, H200, or B200, InfiniBand, and parallel file systems.
What’s on offer
- Full-time employment with a base salary range of $182,000 to $242,000 USD per year.
- Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.
