About the role
This is an Account Solutions Architect role for a customer-focused AI practitioner supporting existing customers in Seattle, Washington. You'll help technical teams adopt and scale CoreWeave's AI cloud platform, solve production problems, and deepen the value they get from infrastructure, models, observability, and inference products.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the named technical partner for existing customers.
- Support training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment of AI models.
- Design production LLM applications for customer needs.
- Work with Account Managers on customer and expansion activity.
- Partner with specialist field engineers and customer teams.
- Represent customer feedback internally.
- Remove technical blockers and address business-critical needs.
- Explain technical concepts to engineering and executive audiences.
What they’re looking for
- At least 4 years in solutions engineering, AI solutions consulting, or technical field engineering.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with deep-learning models and modern LLM architectures.
- Experience designing and deploying production LLM applications.
- Familiarity with AI workloads on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to solve novel technical problems with enterprise customers.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of GPU compute, high-performance networking, and storage.
- PyTorch and modern LLM-stack experience.
- Experience with vLLM, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Slurm or Kubernetes experience.
- Hyperparameter optimization and experiment tracking experience.
- ML engineering, AI engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps background.
- Technical pre-sales or solutions-architecture experience.
- Familiarity with H100, H200, or B200 GPUs, InfiniBand, or parallel file systems.
What’s on offer
- Base salary is $182,000–$242,000 per year.
