This is an account-focused AI solutions architect role based in San Francisco for someone with at least four years in solutions engineering, AI consulting, or technical field engineering. What you’ll do
- Guide existing customers across CoreWeave's infrastructure, model, observability, and inference products.
- Help customers solve technical problems while scaling AI workloads in production.
- Partner with account managers, specialist field engineers, and customer teams.
- Identify adoption and expansion opportunities.
- Represent customer needs internally and surface product feedback.
- Design demos or proofs of concept for customer problems.
- Explain technical concepts to engineering and executive audiences.

- At least four years of relevant solutions engineering, AI solutions consulting, or technical field engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models, including modern LLMs.
- Experience designing and deploying production LLM applications.
- Familiarity with running AI workloads on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems with enterprise customers.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of GPU compute, high-performance networking, and storage.
- PyTorch and modern LLM tools such as vLLM, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Slurm or Kubernetes experience for ML orchestration.
- Hyperparameter optimization and experiment tracking.
- Background in ML engineering, AI engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps.
- Technical pre-sales or solutions architecture experience.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA H100, H200, or B200 infrastructure, InfiniBand, or parallel file systems.

- Base salary of $143,000 to $210,000 per year.
