What you’ll do
- Collaborate with Network Engineering, Operations, and Field Operations teams to build dashboards and reports
- Dive into complex data to solve business problems
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Own projects end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience working with data sets, visualizations, modeling, and dashboards
- 3 years of experience using data-based modeling to present to stakeholders
- 3 years of experience using SQL to turn raw data into actionable intelligence
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform tools such as BigQuery and Looker
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Salesforce, and network systems like Netcracker, Axiros, and Alepo
- Experience collaborating across teams to deliver and prioritize projects
- Exceptional communication skills presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
